Herbs for pregnancy
Herbs are a very welcome aid to promote a healthy pregnancy! They provide nourishment, vitamins and minerals, alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, and tone and strengthen the body. This list includes some of the most popular herbs used in pregnancy:
